How I Organize My Wedding Photography Client Information
Hey guys!! I've received a lot of questions from wedding photographers lately about how I organize my wedding photography client information. I hope this video will help lay it out for you.
MY BIZ BINDER SHOPPING LIST:
- a three ring binder
- dividers with tabs (pockets are a plus!)
- a set of monthly dividers
- a three hole punch
- post it tabs (to separate multiple weddings under the same month)
- optional: -weekly to do tear sheet

If the binder method isn’t going to work for you, take my strategies and design your own personal way to organize this information so you aren’t keeping it in your mind. I cannot stress the importance of clearing up your mind space in your business to allow for more creative potential, not to mention how much your confidence will grow knowing everything is taken care of.
